Termination of Employment Pass in Singapore

If a Malaysian who is working in Singapore would like to terminate his Employment Pass, the Human Resource Department is to prepare a letter of cancellation of Employment Pass for the employee. The employee will then have to bring his passport, Employment Pass card and the cancellation letter to the Ministry of Manpower at Singapore. The cancellation process will be done on the spot. If the employee holds Dependent passes, he must also bring along the Dependant pass card as well as his family members’ passports.
